About the Issuer

Founded in February 2023 by Matrixport, Matrixdock is a premier platform that offers access to RWA through advanced tokenization technology. As the first in Asia to introduce a tokenized short-term treasury bill product, STBT, Matrixdock has rapidly emerged as an industry leader, earning the Ecosystem Excellence TADS Award in 2023 for Trading & Liquidity Solutions. Matrixdock provides diversified investment opportunities while setting new standards for trust and governance in the digital asset space.

Prometheus Solutions Ltd is a special-purpose vehicle established under an orphan trust structure specifically for the STBT product, operating independently from Matrixport.

- STBT is an ERC1400 standard token earning risk-free US treasury yields on-chain, fully backed by US treasury securities within 6 months maturity and reverse repos.

- Maintaining a 1:1 peg to USD, the interest is rebased to holders’ STBT balances daily. It is exclusively designed for accredited investors.
